Sourcing Days aims to match the right suppliers with the right buyers. The concept is based on the buyers' sourcing needs and requirements. Around 60 large and medium-sized buyers from all over Europe and the Middle East come to Sourcing Days with specific needs. They are specialised Buyers and Purchasing Managers. That means key decision makers attend the event.

Over 3 days, participants have 34 slots of pre-arranged meetings, strictly orchestrated. They also get market intelligence and professional experiences in different sales channels and countries, and can therefore develop new synergies they had not suspected.
Sharing experiences with participants from different and similar backgrounds is essential to be able to compare strategies, develop new ideas and choose the right alternatives for the future.

Two committees are at the centre of the work of Sourcing Days: The Buyers and the Suppliers Committees.
The members of both committees are updated each year.

You are a buyer ?

You can be invited to the event. Only a limited number of Buyers are selected by country. The Suppliers
Committee works with the Sourcing Days team to find the best fast growing partners. We are interested in
learning more about your company and your needs. We can help you to find the right partners.

You are a supplier ?

The selection of manufacturing companies or suppliers is established by the Buyers Committee. One of the missions of the Buyers Committee is to evaluate the potential interest that buyers will have in meeting your company to make sure that you match their requirements.

The Buyers Committee has the right to refuse a supplier if they think that it would not be beneficial for the event and that the products would not match the buyers' needs.
Each supplier's application must be confirmed by the Buyers Committee. Once this is made, the successful
applicants are immediately informed of their selection.

When an application is unanimously rejected by the Buyers Committee, the supplier is not eligible to attend the event. The Buyers Committee is your guarantee that your company interests our Buyers.

Reliability : 1253 official meetings !

Over the three days, each supplier will have over 30 individual meetings with buyers.
The meetings last for 25 minutes each and you will receive your personal meetings schedule in advance. The timing of the meetings is strictly adhered to and you will not be disturbed during the meetings. Such a large number of meetings over a short period optimises your time and increases the chances of a better return on your investment.

Meetings are all scheduled by the Sourcing Days team according to three criteria:
1) The buyers' wishes
2) The buyers' sourcing needs
3) The suppliers' wishes

In addition to these official meetings, the added value of Sourcing Days is the extra time spent with other key decision maker. Every participant gets the opportunity to develop their business during breakfast, lunch, dinner and free time. It never ends !

Participants are given all the keys to success.
All the required information about the purchasing companies and about the suppliers is summed up in the Book, sent a few weeks before the event.
