The selection of the manufacturing and/or supplier
companies is established by a 7-member BUYERS' COMMITTEE,
formed by the organiser, and 6 persons selected from among the key buyers
invited to the event.
The BUYERS' COMMITTEE evaluates
the potential interest that buyers will have in meeting your company
and to make sure that you match their requirements.
The BUYERS' COMMITTEE has the
right to refuse a supplier if it thinks that it would not be beneficial
for you to be present at the event and that your products would not
match the buyers' needs.
Each manufacturer/supplier application which is
unanimously validated by the members of the BUYERS' COMMITTEE
is retained, and the selected applicants are immediately informed of
their selection. Each application which is unanimously rejected by the
BUYERS' COMMITTEE is excluded from any participation
in the event.
The other applications are then subjected to additional
investigation, and the selection shall occur at the latest during the
Committee’s closing meeting, which draws up the final list of
the applications and an additional list of applicants who could be called
by the BUYERS' COMMITTEE in the event of cancellation
or withdrawal of a participant |
