The participation fee depends on the number of people attending from
your company.
This investment covers :
- hotel accommodation
- meals (from Wednesday night to Sunday morning), bar,
- private meeting point, furniture, electrical plug, company name
- window display and catalogue display in the AGORA centre
- entertainment and any transport costs during the event.
It does not cover your travel costs to the event.
> 1500 Euros is due upon application as pre-payment.
> Upon registration and pre-payment, we will present your company
profile to the BUYERS' COMMITTEE. This committee evaluates
the potential interest that buyers will have in meeting your company.
We will not present your company information to the buyers before
having received your 1500 Euros pre-payment.
> If the BUYERS' COMMITTEE does not find major
interest in meeting your company at Sourcing & Innovation
Days, you will receive a complete refund of the initial payment.
> If the BUYERS' COMMITTEE accepts your company,
remaining payment will be required as follows :
- 40% of the total amount by January 15, 2006
- Final payment March 30th, 2006
